The Consulate General prioritizes trade and investment promotion, and Sweden’s position as an innovative leader provides great opportunities for transatlantic cooperation between companies, research institutes, and universities. Sectors particularly in focus include smart and sustainable cities and life sciences. In close collaboration with Team Sweden, the Consulate General seeks to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals in line with the UN 2030 Agenda and accelerate the transition toward fossil-free and circular economies.
